I need to reprogram my company name and fax number in my Canon CFX-L3500 IF Laser Multifunction System.?

I lost the book, so looked on the internet, and even called a distributor that Canon referred me to to see how to change the name and number that prints when I fax a document. I have had no luck. Does anyone out there have one of these and can tell me how to set up my new name and number?I need to reprogram my company name and fax number in my Canon CFX-L3500 IF Laser Multifunction System.?
